Name of Legislative Instrument
This legislative instrument is the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act (Classification of States) Determination 2011
Commencement
This legislative instrument commences on 1 July 2011 or the day after it is registered, whichever is later.
Definitions
In this instrument, unless the contrary intention appears:
Act means the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.
Non-referring state has the meaning given by section 7 of the Act.
4 Determination
The following States are covered by subsection 7(2) of the Act and are taken not to be a non-referring State for the period mentioned in subsection 7(4) of the Act:
(i) Queensland
(ii) South Australia
(iii) Tasmania
