National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011

I, PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR, AC, CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, fix 1 July 2011 as the day on which sections 3 to 15 of that Act commence.
