The Trustee for Tomato Exchange Unit Trust T/A Tomato Exchange Pty Ltd and the Guyra sites - representation pursuant to s.596 granted to respondent.

[1] The Respondent seeks permission to be represented by a lawyer or paid agent in this matter.

[2] I am satisfied that in the context of the present matter where the Respondent’s key IR/HR employee who has carriage of the matter will be a witness in the proceedings that this adds a level of complexity to the proceedings such that the matter will proceed more efficiently if the Respondent is represented by a lawyer or paid agent.

[3] Permission is granted to the Respondent pursuant to s.596(2)(a) to be represented by lawyer or paid agent
