414 (01teens[tmh ANNO TERTIO DECIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 46 of 1964 An Act to Amend "The National Trust of Queensland Act of1963" in a certain particular [ASSENTED TO 30TH NOVEMBER, 1964] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. (1) Short title . This Act may be cited as " The National Trust of Queensland Act Amendment Act of 1964." (2) Principal Act. " The National Trust of Queensland Act of 1963 " is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) Collective title. The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively cited as " The National Trust of Queensland Acts, 1963 to 1964."

National Trust of Queensland, Etc., Act of * 1964, No. 46 415 2. New s . 20A inserted . The Principal Act is amended by inserting after section twenty the following section:- " [ 20A.] Power of National Trust to co-operate with other bodies. The National Trust may- (a) co-operate with any corporation, body or society (whether in Queensland or not), having objects wholly or substantially similar to the objects of the National Trust, for the purpose of promoting the objects of such corporation, body or society or the objects of the National Trust; and (b) if it thinks fit become a member of or an affiliate of any such corporation, body or society."
