I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the National Trust of Australia (New South Wales) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 5 July 1991 as the day on which that Act (section 39 and Schedule 2 excepted) commences.
