NO. 1 OF 2012
I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, acting under subsection 22(1) of the National Transmission Network Sale Act 1998 (‘the Act’), DECLARE that the Western Australian Planning Commission, a body corporate established under subsection 7(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 (WA), is a declared successor for the purposes of the Act.
