Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1] On 7 November 2014 the National Tertiary Education Industry Union lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices due to insufficient nominations in E2014/116:

NSW Division

Division Executive Members (6)

Victorian Division

Division Executive Members (9)

University of Melbourne Branch

Ordinary Committee Members (4)

[2]        On the same date the organisation lodged the prescribed information in relation to an

election to fill casual vacancies for the reminder of the term of office in the following offices:

Victorian Division

Division President

Australian Catholic University Branch (also in NSW, ACT, Qld)

Branch Secretary

University of Melbourne Branch

Branch Secretary
National Councillor

[3]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
