REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1946.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1946.

Amendment of the National Security (Wages of Seamen Detained by the Enemy) Regulations.

Liabilities for payment of wages.

Regulation 6 of the National Security (Wages of Seamen Detained by the Enemy) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulations (2.), (3.), (4.), (5.), (6.) and (7.).
