REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the National Security (Timber Control)
Regulations.
“(
e ) authorizing any person (with or without animals, vehicles and machinery) to enter upon any land and to cut and to remove therefrom any timber;(
f ) authorizing any person (with or without animals, vehicles, machinery and timber) to pass and re-pass over any land for the purpose of obtaining and conveying timber from other land in the vicinity.”.
“9a.—(1.) Any person who, by reason of
anything done in pursuance of an authority under sub-paragraph (
(2.) The amount of compensation shall be such amount as is determined by agreement or, in default of agreement, by action in any Court of competent jurisdiction.”.
