REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of the National Security (Supplementary) Regulations.

The National Security (Supplementary) Regulations are amended by adding at the end thereof the following regulation:—

Superannuation Board—contributors’ representative.

99“ .The person holding office at the commencement of this regulation as the member of the Superannuation Board constituted under the Superannuation Act 1922-1943 elected by contributors shall, subject to sections 65 and 66 of that Act, continue so to hold office until the expiration of a period of six months after His Majesty ceases to be engaged in hostilities in the present war.”.
