1943. No. 169.

REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of the National Security (Supplementary) Regulations.

Bronze coinage.

The National Security (Supplementary) Regulations are amended by adding at the end thereof the following regulation:—

“105. Bronze coins caused to be made and issued by the Treasurer shall not be deemed to have been made and issued otherwise than in accordance with the Coinage Act 1909-1936 by reason only of their not containing tin.”.
