REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Dated this twenty eighth day of October, 1940.

Amendment of the National Security (Supplementary) Regulations.

After regulation 6of the National Security (Supplementary) Regulations the following regulation is added:—

Aliens not to be registered as patent attorneys.

7. A person shall not be capable of being registered as a patent attorney unless he is a British subject.”.
