REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

Amendment of the National Security (Supplementary) Regulations.
Regulation 24 of the National Security (Supplementary) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by omitting from paragraph (a ) of sub-regulation (3.) the word “and”; and(
b ) by adding at the end of that sub-regulation the following paragraph:—“; and (
c ) shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in theTrading with the Enemy Act 1939-1940.”.
