REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of the National Security (Superphosphate Industry) Regulations.

Superphosphate Industry Committee.

Regulation 5 of the National Security (Superphosphate Industry) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2.) the following paragraph:—

“(aa) the Director-General of Agriculture;”; and

(b) by inserting in sub-regulation (3.), after the word “Committee the words “ (other than the Director-General of Agriculture)”.
