STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the National Security (Superphosphate Industry) Regulations.
Regulation 5 of the National Security (Superphosphate Industry) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by inserting after paragraph (a ) of sub-regulation (2.) the following paragraph:—“(
aa ) the Director-General of Agriculture;”; and(
b ) by inserting in sub-regulation (3.), after the word “Committee the words “ (other than the Director-General of Agriculture)”.
