REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1943.

Dated this twenty-fifth day of July, 1945.

Amendment of the National Security (Staff of War-time Authorities) Regulations. 

1. The Fourth Schedule to the National Security (Staff of War-time Authorities) Regulations is amended by omitting fromTable A, under the sub-heading “Superintendent”, the item—

2. Regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the eleventh day of October, 1944.
