Amendments of the National Security (Staff of War-time Authorities) Regulations.
“16a. Upon proof to the satisfaction of the Minister that the travelling allowance payable to an officer under these Regulations is either insufficient to cover, or in excess of expenses reasonably incurred, the Minister may vary the allowance.”.
