STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939–1940.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of National Security (Shipping Control) Regulations.
Regulation 6 of the National Security (Shipping Control) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by inserting in sub-regulation (2.), after the words “High Court of Australia”, the words “or a Judge of a Court of a State”; and(
b ) by omitting sub-regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—“(4.) The Chairman shall be appointed upon such terms and conditions as the Governor-General determines, and the other members shall serve in an honorary capacity.”
