REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.*

Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendments of the National Security (Racing Restriction) Regulations.
“Provided that a race may commence at an earlier time than fifteen minutes after one o’clock in the afternoon if the Premier of the State in which the race is to be held is of opinion that it is necessary for the race to commence at that earlier time in order to facilitate transport arrangements or to meet other local conditions and authorizes the race to commence at that earlier time.”.
