REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1946.*

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the National Security (Prices) Regulations.
Regulation 3 of the National Security (Prices) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by omitting from paragraph (d )of the definition of “ service “ the word “or”; and(
b ) by inserting after paragraph (e ) of that definition the following paragraph:—“; or (
f ) any benefits under a contract of work and labour, or of work and labour and supply of materials;”.
