REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1943.

Amendment of the National Security (Metal Foil and Paper) Regulations. 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of March, 1946.

Restriction of publications and advertising matter.

2.Regulation 5 of the National Security (Metal Foil and Paper) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words “, magazine or other periodical” (wherever occurring); and

(b)by omitting from paragraph (c)the words “magazines or other periodicals,”.
