National Security (Marine War Risks Insurance) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the National Security (Marine War Risks Insurance) Regulations.
Regulation 9 of the National Security (Marine War Risks Insurance) Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-regulation (1.) the following sub-regulation:—
“(1a.) For the purposes of paragraph (
(
a ) while any goods are afloat upon a barge, hulk or other craft (whether for the purposes of storage, carriage or otherwise); or(
b ) from the time any goods leave the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warehouse in the country of export until delivered on the ship by which they are to be exported,
shall be deemed to be a war risk incidental to the sea carriage of those goods.”.
