1941. No. 289.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendments of the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations.  

Commonwealth Liquid Fuel Control Board.

1. Regulation 6 of the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (2.) the words “five other members” and inserting in their stead the words “such other members (not being less than five in number) as are”.

Meetings of the Board.

2. Regulation 9 of the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the word “four” and inserting in its stead the word “five”.
