REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendments of the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations. 

Supply of ration tickets.

1. Regulation 17 of the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

“17. The holder of a motor spirit or diesel oil fuel consumer’s licence may obtain each month, free of charge, ration tickets in a form or forms approved by the Board corresponding to the monthly quantities of motor spirit or diesel oil fuel authorized by his licence.”.

The Schedule.

2. The Schedule to the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations is amended by omitting Form 5 and Form 6.
