REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

National Security (Jute) Regulations.
“the Jute Buyer” means the Commonwealth Jute Buyer appointed under these Regulations;
“the Minister” means the Minister of State for Supply and Development.
(2.) The Jute Buyer is hereby authorized to sell, on behalf of the Commonwealth, any jute goods purchased under the last preceding sub-regulation.
