REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of the National Security (General) Regulations.

Name of printer, &c., to appear on certain papers.

Regulation 17a of the National Security (General) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (ii) of sub-regulation (1.) all the words commencing with the word “in” and ending with the word “and” (second occurring), and inserting in their stead the following words:—

“in the case of any other paper—on the front thereof, if it consists of one leaf only, or upon the front of the first leaf and the back of the last leaf thereof, if there are more leaves than one, the name and address of the printer, and—”.
