REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendments of National Security (Fodder Conservation)

Regulations. 

Fodder Conservation Board.

1. Regulation 4 of the National Security (Fodder Conservation) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in sub-regulation (1.), after the word “Chairman”, the words ‘‘, an Executive Member”; and

(b) by omitting from that sub-regulation the word “nine” and inserting in its stead the word “eight”.

2. After regulation 13 of “the National Security (Fodder Conservation) Regulations the following regulation is added:—

Signature of documents.

“14. Any document issued in pursuance of the powers of the Board under these Regulations shall be sufficiently authenticated if signed by the Chairman or the Executive Member of the Board.”.
