STATUTORY RULES.

1942. No. 318.

REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of National Security (Economic Organization) Regulations.  

Industrial authority may alter rates of remuneration in certain cases.

Regulation 17 of the National Security (Economic Organization) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the words and figures “Consolidated Metal Trades Award (Serial No. 3477)” and inserting in their stead the words and figures “Metal Trades Award (Serial No. 4655)”.
