STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1946.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the National Security (Economic Organization) Regulations.
(
a ) by omitting from sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (d )of sub-regulation (1.) the word “Court” (wherever occurring) and inserting in its stead the letter and word “C Series”;(
b )by omitting paragraph (c ) of sub-regulation (1a.) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—“(
c ) ‘C Series index-number’ means an index-number included in the C Series of retail price index-numbers published from time to time by the Commonwealth Statistician;”; and(
c ) by omitting from paragraph (iii) of sub-regulation (3.) the words “, which may be proved to the satisfaction of the Authority to exist”.
