STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the National Security (Capital Issues) Regulations.
(
a ) by omitting sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) of paragraph (a ) of sub-regulation (1.);(
b ) by omitting from paragraph (b ) ofsub-regulation (1.) all the words from and including the words “of such an amount”;(
c ) by omitting from paragraph (c ) of sub-regulation (1.) all the words from and including the words “so that the total amount”; and* Notified in the

d ) by adding at the end of sub-regulation (1.) the following words:—“; or (
e ) receive any payment on account of the authorized capital of the company, unless the payment is on account of authorized capital issued with the consent of the Treasurer under these Regulations or the previous Regulations or is in respect of calls made with the consent of the Treasurer under these Regulations or the previous Regulations.”.
