1942. No. 58.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendments of National Security (Board of Business Administration) Regulations.

Administration.

1. After regulation 1 of the National Security (Board of Business Administration) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

“1a. These Regulations shall be administered by the Treasurer.”

Powers and functions of Board of Business Administration.

2. Regulation 9 of the National Security (Board of Business Administration) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (e) the words “Defence Co-ordination” and inserting in their stead the words “the Treasury”.

Procedure concerning transmission of advice and reports.

3. Regulation 11 of the National Security (Board of Business Administration) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “Defence Co-ordination” and inserting in their stead the words “the Treasury”.
