1944. No. 107.

REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1943.

Amendment of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations.

Australian Tobacco Board.

Regulation 4 of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (1.) the word “and”; and

(b) by adding after paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (1.) the following paragraph:—

“and (e) one person representing the Federated Tobacco and Cigarette Workers’ Union of Australasia,”.
