REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1946-1947.*

I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence (Transitional Provisions) Act 1946-1947.

Amendments of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations.

Repeal of regulations 13 to 19.

1. Regulations 13 to 19 (inclusive) of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations are repealed.

Powers of Board.

2. Regulation 20 of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (c).

Repeal of regulations 22 and 23.

3. Regulations 22 and 23 of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations are repealed.

  Being the Regulations having that title as in force under the Defence (Transitional Provisions) Act 1946-1947. The Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1946 having the corresponding title were Statutory Rules 1941, No. 97, as amended by Statutory Rules 1942, No. 11; 1943, Nos. 88 and 280 ; and 1944, No. 107.
