REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939.

Amendment of National Security (Aliens Control) Regulations.

Regulation 18 of the National Security (Aliens Control) Regulations is amended by inserting after the word “order” the words “impose restrictions (in addition to those imposed by these Regulations) upon aliens, or upon any class of aliens, in relation to their movements, and, in particular, impose restrictions in relation to travelling by air, or”.
