 These Regulations may be cited as the National Residue Survey Levy Regulations.

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1993.

3National Residue Survey Levy

• (1)

  For the purposes of paragraph 9 (2) (b) of the National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992, the rate of National Residue Survey levy prescribed in relation to a product or activity specified in subregulation (2) is $0.00.

• (2)

  For the purposes of subregulation (1) the following products and activities are specified:

  • (h)

    the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce;

  • (j)

    potatoes;

  • (l)

    citrus fruits;

  • (m)

    table grapes;

  • (n)

    stone fruits;

  • (o)

    dried fruits.
