National Residue Survey Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The National Residue Survey Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.1   Paragraph 3 (2) (a):

Omit the paragraph.
