National Residue Survey Levy Regulations2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992 and the National Residue Survey (Aquatic Animal Export) Levy Act 1992.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 30 March 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The National Residue Survey Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (NRS Levy—aquatic animals)

3.1   Omit the regulation.
