This Determination is the National Rental Affordability Scheme (Household Types) Determination 2009.

This Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2008.

For subregulation 19 (5) of the National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations 2008, item 2 of the table in subregulation 19 (4) operates as if it read:
