I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Rental Affordability Scheme Act 2008.

  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the National Rental Affordability Scheme Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 May 2010.

  1. Amendment of National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations 2008

Schedule 1 amends the National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations2008.

(5)The income limits mentioned in subregulation (4), for a household for each subsequent year beginning 1 May, are the amounts for the previous year indexed in accordance with the NRAS tenant income index, rounded to the next whole dollar.
