1Name of regulation

This regulation is the National Rental Affordability Scheme Amendment (Incentive Election) Regulation 2013.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the National Rental Affordability Scheme Act 2008.

4Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations 2008

1  Paragraph 28A(5)(b)

Omit “13 May 2011”, substitute “1 October 2013”.

 2  Subregulation 28A(6)

Repeal the subregulation.
