1Name

This instrument is the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Amendment (2020 Measures No. 3) Rules 2020.

2Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This instrument is made under sections 115 and 179 of the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Act 2018.

4Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in Schedule 1, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
