Part 2 Amendment of Forestry Regulation 1998 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Forestry Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 6 (Fees) Schedule 6, item 1(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) maximum for a family for each night . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 times the fee payable under paragraph (b)’. 2012 SL No. 124 Page 3
National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2)2012 Part 3 Amendment of Marine Parks Regulation 2006 [s 4] Part 3 Amendment of Marine Parks Regulation 2006 4 Regulation amended This part amends the Marine Parks Regulation 2006. 5 Amendment of s 51 (Chief executive may enter into agreement) Section 51— insert— ‘(3) The commercial activity agreement may be combined with either or both of the following— (a) a commercial activity agreement entered into by the person under the Nature Conservation (Administration)Regulation 2006 , section 67; (b) a commercial activity agreement entered into by the person under the RecreationAreasManagementAct2006 , section 69.’. National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2)2012 Part 4 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Administration) Regulation 2006 [s 7] 7 Amendment of s 67 (Chief executive may enter into agreement) Section 67— insert— ‘(3) The commercial activity agreement may be combined with either or both of the following— (a) a commercial activity agreement entered into by the person under the Marine Parks Regulation 2006 , section 51; (b) a commercial activity agreement entered into by the person under the RecreationAreasManagementAct2006 , section 69.’. 8 Amendment of s 145 (When particular fees payable) Section 145(2), from ‘, when’— omit, insert— ‘within the period in which the fees must be paid stated in an invoice issued under the Protected Areas Management Regulation, section 65(2). National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2)2012 Part 5 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006 [s 10] Part 5 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006 10 Regulation amended This part amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 11 Amendment of s 65 (Giving return of operations for particular permits) (1) Section 65(2) and (3)— renumber as section 65(4) and (5). (2) Section 65— insert— ‘(2) After receiving the return, the chief executive must give the holder an invoice for any additional daily fee and any camping fee payable under the Administration Regulation, schedule 3 for the permit for the period to which the return relates. ‘(3) The invoice must state a period (the period for payment ), of at least 7 days after the holder receives the invoice, within which the fees must be paid to the chief executive.’. (3) Section 65(4), as renumbered, ‘with the return, give’— omit, insert— ‘within the period for payment, pay to’. (4) Section 65(5), as renumbered, ‘and (2)’— omit, insert— ‘and (4)’. National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2)2012 Part 6 Amendment of Recreation Areas Management Regulation 2007 [s 12] Part 6 Amendment of Recreation Areas Management Regulation 2007 12 Regulation amended This part amends the RecreationAreasManagementRegulation 2007. 13 Amendment of s 46 (Fees to accompany information for commercial activity or relevant group activity permit) (1) Section 46, heading, ‘commercial activity or’— omit. (2) Section 46(1)— omit, insert— ‘(1) This section applies for giving information required under section 43 to be included in a record about an activity authorised and conducted under a relevant group activity permit.’. 14 Insertion of new s 46A Part 8, division 3— insert— ‘46A Holder of commercial activity permit to pay fees when invoiced ‘(1) This section applies if the chief executive receives from the holder of a commercial activity permit the information the holder is required to give to the chief executive under section 45(2). ‘(2) The chief executive must give the holder an invoice for any additional daily fee and any camping fee payable under schedule 3 for the permit for the period to which the information relates. 2012 SL No. 124 Page 7
