Regulations 1998

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase certain fees and charges payable for entry to land managed under the National Parks Act 1975.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 48 of the National Parks Act 1975.

3. Schedules 2 and 3 substituted

For Schedules 2 and 3 to the National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations 19901, substitute—
