Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase certain fees and charges payable for entry to land managed under the National Parks Act 1975.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 48 of the National Parks Act 1975.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the National Parks (Fees and
Charges) Regulations 19901 are called the

Principal Regulations.

4. Schedule 2 substituted

For Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations, substitute—
