National Parks and Wildlife Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975.

The National Parks and Wildlife Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 2a the following regulation:

Prescribed park or reserve—subsection 3 (1) of the Act

“2aaa. Kakadu National Park is declared to be a prescribed park for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “prescribed park or reserve” in subsection 3 (1) of the Act.”.
