National Parks and Wildlife Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975.

Regulation 10 of the National Parks and Wildlife Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-regulation (1);

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “other than a person who is the holder of a licence”;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (5) (a) all the words after “specified” and substituting “in the permit”;

(d) by omitting paragraph (5) (b);

(e) by omitting from paragraph (5) (c) “in any case—”;

(f) by omitting from sub-paragraph (5) (c) (iii) all the words after “holder” and substituting “of the permit”; and

(g) by omitting from sub-regulation (7) the definition of “licence”.
