AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No 78—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governorof the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the National Parks and Wildlife (Emu Licence) Amendment Act 1993, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 October 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
