Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to revise the list of protected native whole plants under the
National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974.

This Order is made under section 115 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the National Parks and Wildlife Amendment (Protected
Native Plants) Order 2013.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
