PROCLAMATION
ERRATUM

THE Proclamation, was published in the Government Gazette of 5 December 1997, Gazette No. 137 on page 9768, was published with an incorrect date:

“3rd day of December 1996”, this should have read “3rd day of

December 1997”

The Proclamation is now republished to correct that error.

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the National Parks and Wildlife Amendment (Abercrombie, Jenolan and Wombeyan Karst Conservation Reserves) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 December 1997 as the day on which that Act commences.
