No 49—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the National Parks and Wildlife (Adjustment of Areas) Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 August 2001 as the day on which that Act (except in its application to so much of Schedule 1 as relates to Myall Lakes National Park) commences.
