(Relating to game licence fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Fauna Protection Regulations 1949 are amended by omitting from Regulation 8 (1) (k) the matter “$30.00” and by inserting the matter “$40.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Fauna Protection Regulations 1949

so as to increase (from $30 to $40) the fee payable for a game licence.
